I should be posting a lot more stuff in the near future because I just bought my fiance a digital camera for her birthday. I thought I would never go digital...but this camera does a good job. (Canon s50) I will still use my 35mm for a lot of what I shoot though.

Well, I haven't been shooting much, I've been extremely busy with work and helping my fiance with her work. But, I do plan to get back into the swing of things soon...I hope. Plus it is going to start cooling down out here in not too much longer and that will be a big motivator for me to get outside. That's pretty much all that is new for me.

Back from Supai and Engaged

Well I'm back from our Supai trip and now I'm engaged. I know we surprised a lot of people by doing it so quickly but we knew that's what we wanted and we figured why wait. As far as the trip went, it was great. Shana was able to make the 10 mile hike just fine and the waterfalls were amazing.
We left thursday night around 7:30pm and made it to the trailhead at about 2:00am friday morning. We slept for a few hours and then started hiking in at 5:00am. By the time we made it to our campsite it was about 9:30am and already close to 100 degrees. But since the water comes directly out of the ground it's nice and cold.
